About Ceil Hall

Ceil Hall is an author who also works side by side with corporate executives, managers, and small business owners as a technical communication consultant, writing and developing online and hard copy documentation for their customers, staff, executive board members, and investors. She began her career writing grant proposals for Native Americans.

Prior to her writing career, Ms. Hall counseled groups, families, and individuals, and she taught therapeutic communication techniques to counselors in a Masters program under the auspices of Northeastern Illinois University.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech from Northwestern University and a Masters degree in clinical social work from the University of North Carolina, where she served as a student member of the Admissions Committee.
